If you are an experienced pastor who seeks to sharpen your skills in the context of daily pastoral work and are looking for a program that combines serious theological inquiry with the development of keener pastoral sensitivities and skills, then the Doctor of Ministry program at Concordia Theological Seminary is for you.
The D.Min. program combines serious research, instruction by dedicated and proven pastoral theologians, and lively interchange with peers actively engaged in pastoral ministry. Each student enrolled in the D.Min. program becomes a part of a cohort of fellow students who jointly select the electives to be offered in their program of study. All are experienced and practicing pastors, and so contribute a wealth of perspectives to the learning environment. The final project/dissertation is determined by each student, designed for specific application in his own ministry context.
