Receiving VA Benefits at CTS (Registrar) - Concordia Theological Seminary

Applications for these benefits routinely require over eight weeks for processing (by the VA), so apply for your benefits while you are still in the service, or in any case apply well before you arrive at Concordia Theological Seminary
Once on campus, contact the VA Coordinator (in office L-23 {or phone (260) 452-2236}).

On campus assistance:

At your initial meeting, the VA Rep on campus will set up your CTS online file and, upon verification of your eligibility from the VA, prepare a certification of your "level of training" (full, 3/4 time, 1/2 time). This "level of training" keys the VA to the appropriate level of payment.
Upon receipt of your personal verification of continued enrollment each month, the VA will send your benefit payment to your designated automatic deposit account. (The VA Rep on campus will explain how to perform this monthly verification.)
