Invitational Campus Visit
WELCOME

For God so loved the world that he gave his only begotten Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life    - John 3:16

Dear Brothers in Our Lord Jesus Christ,

The Gospel in a nutshell says that God loved the world. Popular music says much about love these days. “All you need is love.” Or “Love will keep us together.” But what is love? For many, it seems that love is just a feeling that comes and goes. With God, however, love is never mere sentiment. Love involves action. Even more, it involves giving oneself. The Bible does not say God loved the world so that He had a warm feeling or thought a happy thought about us. No, it says that He gave Himself to us so that all who believe might know everlasting life. While the world languishes in sadness and sorrow, the Church cheerfully rejoices in the saving deeds of God.

Have you considered becoming a pastor in Christ’s Church? Do you desire to love and feed his flock? Are you eager to seek and reach the lost with the miracles of grace? Come to our Invitational Campus Visit held from September 24-27 to meet with seminary faculty and students. Hear about our programs of study and learn about the aid that is available to help you become a pastor in the Lutheran Church – Missouri Synod.

Seminary education is an adventure in itself. You will never be the same. So perhaps now is the time and this March will be your opportunity to learn how to enter an exhilarating life of prayer, study and service at the seminary.

The pastoral ministry is fulfilling, sometimes heartbreaking, work. Our Lord promises a cross but the empty tomb is never far. You know the hour is late and the need is urgent so phone us at (260) 452-2155 or (800) 481-2155 today.

Yours Sincerely,

Rev. Scott Stiegemeyer
