Books Etc.
Perhaps you are familiar with the commercial business Mail Boxes Etc. The franchise in Fort Wayne offers not only mailing services, but also copy services, shipping services, fax services, and more. Because it is easy to think of the library as only books, perhaps we should call Walther Library “Books Etc.” Here we offer you a few of the “etcetera’s” at Walther Library. Are you interested in learning a foreign language? Walther Library has audio cassettes for instructional purposes, as well the New Testament in selected languages on audio cassettes. Are you interested in listening to music? Check out our CD collection for everything from Bach to Pergolesi. However, if you want Nine Inch Nails, you will have to go to the public library. (We do have a large collection of older LP’s for those who can still play them.) Are you visually oriented? Browse through our video cassettes for everything from Bill Moyers and Walter Martin to American Sign Language. And if you want to experi-ence the new world of multimedia, look at our CD-ROM collection for items ranging from the Dead Sea Scrolls to the Vatican Library. Find it all at the library! Events at Allen County Public Library THE PUBLIC LIBRARY OFFERS MANY ACTIVITIES FOR FAMILIES AND ADULTS Allen County Public Library,
