Please note that the CU-Hearme client supports only Internet Explorer and Netscape browsers. All other browsers (Firefox, Mozilla, Opera, etc.) are not supported at this time.

When you click on CTS live, a new window should open. If it does not, click here.

If you can connect but cannot hear: you need to set your preferences so that you are behind a firewall. Follow these steps:
1. Right click on "Powered by CU-Hearme" in the window in which your applet appears.
2. Click Preferences.
3. Click Internet.
4. Make sure the "I am behind a firewall" checkbox is clicked.
5. Click OK

To see your name or change your name from "not identified": right click on the the icon in the bottom right of the telephone, choose preferences, change your screen name and then refresh or reload your window.
