Pilgrimage
R E L O C A T I O N   C O R N E R :   J O B S !   J O B S !   J O B S !

As I observed, with awe, the trees working so diligently to display their spectacular fall parade of colors, I was thinking of how hard our seminary wives (and husbands) are working here at CTS. Employment comes from several sources:

  • There is a "Job Opportunities" book in my office. Several temporary companies, banks, the library, etc., submit employment possibilities each week/month. Under "teacher" and "nursing" will be found the address to write for certification for the state of Indiana along with county schools and a list of the hospitals.
  • I receive phone calls from employers in several areas. These can be matched with resumes I have on hand from seminarians/wives. They are also placed in our daily bulletin for all to view.
  • Many use the Internet for Ft. Wayne positions and apply directly.
  • Many subscribe to the Sunday Ft. Wayne newspaper for further leads.

If you still need ideas you can drive around the Ft. Wayne area and see "Hiring" signs everywhere. When everyone leaves my office, they are equipped with a phone book to search for things in their expertise. We are here to help! Call me, and Happy Job Hunting! Call (800) 481-2155, and ask for Betty at Ext. 248.
