CTS Offers Campus Visits for
Future Pastors and Deaconesses
FORT WAYNE, Ind. (CTS)—Do you know someone who would be a faithful pastor or deaconess? Encourage them by telling them about the Prayerfully Consider Visit that takes place on the Concordia Theological Seminary, Fort Wayne, campus March 20–22, 2014.
During this three-day event they will have the opportunity to immerse themselves in the daily life of the seminary while worshipping with the CTS community, attending classes, meeting with faculty, learning about financial aid options and getting to know the Fort Wayne area. There is no charge for this event and all on-campus housing and meals are included. For additional information go to www.ctsfw.edu/PCV, email Admission@ctsfw.edu or call our Admission Office at 800-481-2155.
“Anyone interested in the vocation of a pastor or deaconess is encouraged to come and visit the seminary,” said the Rev. John M. Dreyer, CTS director of admission. “While on campus, you will be able to interact with our students, staff and faculty community, attend classes and participate in our worship services.” All this will give prospective students a clear picture of what seminary life is all about and help them begin their journey toward service as a church worker.
