The Facebook is the pictorial directory of students, faculty, staff and their families at Concordia Theological Seminary (CTS) and is published by the Public Relations Office for distribution through the Dean of Students Office during the Fall Quarter. As faculty, staff, new and returning students and families at CTS, you will need to have a photo taken for the Facebook. Four photo opportunities are scheduled during the month of September. Please plan to adjust your schedule as necessary in order that your family can attend one of the photo sessions. Church clothes are preferred.

Wednesday, September 3—10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Saturday, September 6—11:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.

Wednesday, September 10—1:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.

Thursday, September 11—3:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.

(If you are unable to come to any of these photo sessions, contact the Public Relations Office at 452-2150. Faculty will have a special photo session during lunch break of Faculty Forum.)

Student ID: Every student, faculty and staff member will be issued a Universal I.D. card. Photos for I.D. cards will be taken at the library on weekdays between 8:00 a.m. and 3:00p.m. or as staff is available. Returning students, staff and faculty that already have cards from last year do not have to have another card made. This card may then be used in the following areas:

• The Library: Each photo I.D. card will have a bar code on the back of the card that is used to check out library materials.
• Identification Card On and Off Campus: This photo I.D. card will be used on campus as one form of identification. However, it may also be used off campus. For example, Concordia High School will honor CTS photo I.D.’s and grant free admission at some athletic events.
