Student Services
R O O M F U R N I S H I N G S
The following room furniture and equipment are available: desk and bureau, desk lamp, bookshelves, chair, bed and mattress, mattress pad, and closet, as well as coin-operated washer and dryer in each resident hall. A pillow and bedspread are not provided. Janitorial service and linen are not included in the residence hall fee. Students living in the resident halls will be responsible for keeping their own rooms clean. Furniture from a room or the lounge is not to be removed without prior permission of the Resident Assistant, Housekeeping, or the Dean of Students. While students may utilize some of their own personal furnishings in their room students are discouraged from bringing and utilizing large amounts of furniture to such a limited living space STORAGE Each resident hall has a storage room for use by the residents, but space is limited. Storage room #18 may only be used during the time of occupancy. Other empty resident hall rooms are not to be used as storage rooms. Additionally, your personal possessions are not to be stored in the lounge, halls, under the stairwells or in the Chapel. No belongings may be left in the hallways at any time (i.e. laundry to dry, boxes etc.) They may be disposed of inadvertently. Bicycles may be kept in the resident hall storage room but are not to be left in the hallways or other public areas within the resident hall. See your Resident Assistant for more details. There are storage facilities near the Seminary if you wish to leave your items in Ft. Wayne. [Casual Cartage - 3428 St. Joe Center Rd. (260-486-0616) and U-Store, 1033 Coliseum Blvd. N. (260-424-6659)]. Otherwise, please contact a married student or someone in your fieldwork congregation who may be willing to store your items. CTS is not responsible for storing all the possessions that belong to a student. If you reside on campus during the month of August (when classes are not in session), or do not check out of your room, you will charged for room only |
