More than ever, now is the time to pray that God would raise up pastors and deaconesses to share God’s grace and mercy in our increasingly secular culture. You have a part to play in our Lord’s life-giving ministry by encouraging high-school-aged men and women to attend Christ Academy High School at Concordia Theological Seminary, Fort Wayne, Indiana, June 15–28, 2025.

Christ Academy High School is a two-week program focused on worship, confessional catechesis, and fun times together. In worship, we gather around the person and work of Jesus Christ four times a day in Kramer Chapel. Classes with Seminary faculty will challenge and strengthen students’ understanding of the Holy Scriptures, while service projects and free time with other like-minded Lutherans will remind students that they are not alone in their faith.

Christ Academy Confirmation Is Right Around the Corner

Join us this spring for our semi-annual Christ Academy Confirmation Retreat on the campus of Concordia Theological Seminary, Fort Wayne (CTSFW). Christ Academy’s tradition is made up of three important elements: confessional catechesis, liturgical worship, and fun life together.

Every year, CTSFW hosts two retreats for confirmation students, one in the fall and another in the spring. Each confirmation treat focuses on a different topic. Over the last three years, we’ve looked at one of the six chief parts of Luther’s Small Catechism.

Our topic for Spring 2025 is the Ten Commandments, with sessions taught by Dr. Geoffrey Boyle, Assistant Professor of Pastoral Ministry and Missions.
