Staff Openings: Director of Financial Aid, Advancement Officer, Annual Giving Officer

Concordia Theological Seminary, Fort Wayne (CTSFW), invites applications for the position of Director of Financial Aid, Advancement Officer, and Annual Giving Officer.

The Director of Financial Aid leads and oversees all student financial aid programs at CTSFW. They faithfully steward Seminary resources and support students’ access to theological education, serving as a resource for students and a partner in the Seminary’s mission to form servants in Jesus Christ who teach the faithful, reach the lost, and care for all. The ideal candidate is mission-driven and detail-oriented with technical expertise in financial aid management.

The Advancement Officer advances the mission of CTSFW by cultivating, soliciting, and stewarding relationships with current and prospective donors. They faithfully represent CTSFW’s mission and vision to donors and supporters across The Lutheran Church—Missouri Synod. The ideal candidate has a heart for the church and a deep appreciation for residential formation at CTSFW, seeing relationship development as an opportunity to strengthen the church.

The Annual Giving Officer develops and expands the annual giving program at CTSFW, strengthening the Seminary’s base of support through personalized cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship strategies. The ideal candidate combines relational warmth with a strategic mindset, bringing fresh energy to CTSFW’s annual giving efforts.
