2025 May — Together, We Raise Up Faithful Church Workers

“I thank my God in all my remembrance of you, always in every prayer of mine for you all making my prayer with joy, because of your partnership in the gospel from the first day until now.”
Philippians 1:3-5

Together, We Raise Up Faithful Church Workers

God has given His Church a beautiful task: to bring the saving message of Jesus to the world. Some are called to preach and teach, while others serve through acts of mercy, tending to both body and soul. No matter the setting, the Gospel of reconciliation is shared with peace and love.

Many of your fellow Christians—including the 2025 graduates of Concordia Theological Seminary, Fort Wayne (CTSFW)—have devoted themselves to this calling, becoming pastors, deaconesses, and missionaries. In this email, you’ll hear from one of our graduates about his formation and the road ahead (see below). Please know that all of our students are truly grateful for your support.

CTSFW has been faithfully forming these workers for 179 years. With dedicated instructors and a Christ-centered campus community, CTSFW forms leaders rooted deeply in Scripture and the Lutheran Confessions.

As we send out a new class of church workers, we give thanks for your prayers and gifts. You are a vital part of this mission. May God bless you for your continued faithfulness.Give A Gift
