2025 May — Another Class Sent to Serve

“Jesus said to them again, ‘Peace be with you. As the Father has sent me, even so I am sending you.’”
John 20:21

Another Class Sent to Serve

God has entrusted His Church with the joyful mission of sharing the Gospel with the whole world. For some, that calling leads to public preaching and teaching. Others serve through acts of mercy, caring for the physical and spiritual needs of their neighbors—always sharing God’s truth and reconciliation through Jesus Christ in peace and love.

Many faithful Christians have answered this call by becoming pastors, deaconesses, and missionaries, and that includes the 2025 graduating class of Concordia Theological Seminary, Fort Wayne (CTSFW). In this email, we’ve included just one of many student testimonials about the formation experience at CTSFW (see below). We invite you to reflect on the role that you’ve played—through your prayers and generous gifts—in preparing these servants for ministry.

For 179 years, CTSFW has been forming dedicated workers in Christ. With a strong foundation in God’s Word and a faithful, pastoral faculty, CTSFW continues to equip confessional Lutheran leaders to teach the faithful, reach the lost, and care for all.

As we celebrate another graduating class being sent into the harvest fields, please know that your support has made this possible. From all of us at CTSFW, thank you for walking with us in this mission!
