Philippians 2:8-9

The devil tried to tempt Jesus to rule with power and might (Luke 4). He wanted Jesus to display His impressive strength so people would look on in awe and worship Him. Instead of giving in, Jesus resisted temptation and chose the path that led to reconciliation between God and man. Jesus chose the cross, the way of sacrifice and atonement, of death and resurrection.

Concordia Theological Seminary, Fort Wayne (CTSFW) prepares men to be pastors and women to serve as deaconesses in order to bring the Good News of Jesus’ death and resurrection to you and your loved ones, and to all those who have not yet heard of the wonderful works of God.

Your regular gifts ensure that CTSFW students can meet their financial needs today. Your bequests and future estate gifts ensure that CTSFW will continue to equip God’s servants for service in His kingdom for years to come, until Christ returns again in glory.

May God grant you peace and joy this Easter season!Give NowGiving is also easy from our website. Go to www.ctsfw.edu and click the “Donate” button.

Thank you! Your gifts help CTSFW fulfill its mission of forming servants in Jesus Christ who teach the faithful, reach the lost, and care for all.

“Thus it is written, that the Christ should suffer and on the third day rise from the dead, and that repentance for the forgiveness of sins should be proclaimed in his name to all nations.”
Luke 24:46
