Holy Week Greetings from CTSFW
Dear Friends in Christ,
Greetings from Concordia Theological Seminary, Fort Wayne (CTSFW). This Palm Sunday, our CTSFW Schola Cantorum and soloists presented the St. Matthew Passion of Heinrich Schütz in Kramer Chapel, providing listeners with an opportunity to reflect deeply on Christ’s suffering and death as he paid for the sins of the world. The piece concluded with Christ being laid in the tomb.
The story, of course, doesn’t end there. We pray that your Holy Week will bring you joy, peace, and absolute certainty in the promises of our crucified and risen Lord Jesus. “Truly this man was the Son of God” (Mark 15:39)—and still is.
