CTSFW Kantorei Singing in Ohio January 13–14

The CTSFW Kantorei will celebrate the season of Epiphany with a special Evening Prayer service at St. Timothy Lutheran Church, Huber Heights, Ohio, on Saturday, January 13, at 6:00 p.m. The Seminary Kantorei is an auditioned choir of fourteen men studying for the pastoral ministry, under the direction of Kantor Kevin Hildebrand, who will also serve as organist.

The service of Evening Prayer includes congregational hymns and canticles as well as choral responses to several Scripture readings. The Rev. Daniel Burfiend, a CTSFW Advancement officer, will serve as preacher. A reception will follow the service.

On Sunday, January 14, the CTSFW Kantorei will serve as the choir for regular morning worship services at 8:00 and 10:45 a.m. at Immanuel Lutheran Church, Hamilton, Ohio.
