Staff Openings: Advancement Officer, Annual Giving Officer, Campaign Coordinator
Concordia Theological Seminary, Fort Wayne (CTSFW), invites applications for the positions of Advancement Officer, Annual Giving Officer, and Campaign Coordinator.
The Advancement Officer faithfully represents CTSFW’s mission and vision to donors and supporters across The Lutheran Church—Missouri Synod. The ideal candidate has a heart for the church and a deep appreciation for residential formation at CTSFW, seeing relationship development as an opportunity to strengthen the church.
The Annual Giving Officer develops and expands the annual giving program at CTSFW, strengthening the Seminary’s base of support through personalized cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship strategies. The ideal candidate combines relational warmth with a strategic mindset, bringing fresh energy to CTSFW’s annual giving efforts.
The Campaign Coordinator supports day-to-day coordination of campaign efforts, handling details efficiently and professionally. The ideal candidate is organized and dependable, capable of managing many priorities, projects, and people to support CTSFW’s mission.
