Mr. Lance C. Hoffman

Lance Hoffman currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer at CTSFW, after having spent three years as an Advancement Officer. He continues to visit donors and plays an active role in stewarding and cultivating financial support for the Seminary.

Prior to CTSFW, he spent 26 years as a teacher and coach at Concordia Lutheran High School in Fort Wayne, Indiana. A commissioned minister of religion, he began serving the LCMS in 1990.

Lance graduated from Concordia University Wisconsin with a BA, Indiana University with a MS, and Purdue University with an MBA. Twice, he was named to the NAIA All-American football team, and he has been inducted into both the CLHS & CUW Athletic Hall of Fame.

He and his wife, Linda (also a CUW graduate), have three grown children and two grandchildren.
