Christians have celebrated Jesus’ birth since the angels’ first public proclamation to the shepherds and, because Jesus has already won the victory over death, we carry the joy of the resurrection in our hearts even during the time of Christmas.
Joy to the world, the Lord is come!
Joy to the earth, the Savior reigns!
