This Giving Tuesday, your gift to Concordia Theological Seminary, Fort Wayne (CTSFW), will go twice as far! Thanks to a generous donor, every gift will be matched—dollar for dollar—up to $75,000.

Every Giving Tuesday gift will make a lasting impact on CTSFW as an inspirational place for future pastors and deaconesses to grow in Christ and be formed for the ministry and mission of the Church, starting with two important projects.

Project 1: Restoring the Skylights in Kramer Chapel

The striking floor-to-ceiling skylights in Kramer Chapel were designed to let light shine on the chancel, illuminating God’s Word. Over time, the skylights have dimmed, obscuring the light that once filled this sacred space. With your help, the chapel can be renewed so that its beauty and function continue to serve generations of future servants of Christ’s Church.

Project 2: New Food and Clothing Co-op

Our co-op supplies seminarians and their families with food, clothing, and household items at no cost, easing the burdens of study and daily life. A new accessible co-op with everything under one roof will enhance this vital work of mercy, supporting those who prepare here to serve Christ’s flock.

In the past year and a half we’ve developed an aggressive strategic plan that is meant to double down—to do better what we’re already doing well—on the formation of young men (and older men!) to take the Gospel to the church and world, and deaconesses to go to the world with the mercy of Christ into the darkest places of human suffering.
