Summer 2026 Construction Updates

Over the summer months, we’ve seen big changes on the campus of Concordia Theological Seminary, Fort Wayne (CTSFW). On Friday, August 14, the CTSFW community and representatives from Michael Kinder & Sons, the company that built the new grounds garage, gathered for a short ribbon cutting service. The new garage provides a functional space for our maintenance, housekeeping, and grounds teams.

The Kramer Chapel window replacement project is moving forward, as well. New skylight glass is being installed, and we anticipate that replacement of the glass in the floor-to-ceiling skylight at the front of the chapel will begin soon.

We anticipate that construction on our new Food and Clothing Co-op will begin in a few months on the site of the old maintenance garage.
