About the Master of Arts in Deaconess Studies–Distance
The Master of Arts in Deaconess Studies–Distance (MA Deac–D) provides women who have experience serving in areas of human and spiritual care with an opportunity to study theology at an advanced level. Delivered through a combination of innovative methods of online and on-campus classes, concurrent with applied learning activities under the supervision of a pastor, students acquire the knowledge, skills, and attitudes necessary for the deaconess vocation.
