Residential Formation

CTSFW understands that residential formation of students as pastors and church workers takes place not only in the classroom but also in community. Whether students find community with fellow students in the dorms or off campus, they have the support they need during their time at the Seminary.

Single Students

Community living is a significant benefit of residential church work formation. For single students, living in our residence halls provides that community. Each residence hall has a lounge, a fireplace, and a small prayer chapel. Dorm rooms are single occupancy and are furnished with a twin bed, a desk, a chest of drawers, bookshelves, and a lamp.

Students living on campus must have a meal plan.

Married Students

CTSFW has a robust relocation program that helps married students and their families find affordable housing in the Fort Wayne area. Since there is no married housing on campus, our Relocation Coordinator works diligently with married students to find a place to call home in Fort Wayne. The Seminary’s housing network connects students with apartment complexes or single-family homes that are affordable, safe, comfortable, and conveniently located near campus.

Married students may choose to pay for meal tickets or a meal plan to eat in the dining hall when on campus.
