2021 Symposia Series Available to All Free Via Livestream!
The 2021 CTSFW Symposia Series, January 19–22, will now be offered entirely online. While we regret that we cannot gather in person, there are a number of factors that influenced the decision not to hold an in-person Symposia this year: rising numbers of Covid-19 in the region, increasing restrictions on gatherings, limitations imposed on restaurants and food services, and even a number of area hotels that have closed their doors for the next several months. The primary reason for this decision, however, is our continued commitment to our students and maintaining in-person classes for them.
In celebration of CTSFW’s 175th Anniversary, this year’s Lenten Preaching Workshop and Symposia will be available online, free of charge to all participants. All lectures will be streamed live on our usual channels and will then be archived for later viewing. There will be an opportunity to ask questions if you watch the lectures live. More information including the exact schedule will be coming out shortly.
2020 has been a year unlike any other in our lifetime. While we would have preferred to be together, we are making these lectures available for the sake of the Church and pray that they may be a source of encouragement for our pastors, professional church workers, and laity both here in the United States and among our partner churches around the world.
Anyone who has already paid for a registration will receive a refund. Our staff will be in contact with you to get this processed. Any questions can be sent to Symposia@ctsfw.edu or 260-452-2204.
