CTSFW Kantorei Heads West for Lenten Tour

PThe Kantorei sing in Kramer Chapel during Epiphany.

FORT WAYNE, Ind. (CTSFW)—This year the Kantorei, a men’s choir of pastoral students studying at Concordia Theological Seminary (CTSFW), Fort Wayne, will travel through three western states for their annual Lenten Tour. These evening prayer services will provide an opportunity for local congregations and church members to not only listen to the Kantorei, but to worship alongside, singing congregational hymns and canticles. The tour is seasonally-focused, created around the 40 solemn days of Lent.

Kantor Kevin Hildebrand directs the choir, while Associate Kantor Matthew Machemer will accompany on organ. The Rev.
