Upcoming Visit Opportunity for Prospective Students

FORT WAYNE, Ind. (CTSFW)—The annual Prayerfully Consider Visit (PCV) for prospective pastoral and diaconal students is coming up in ten weeks, on April 2–4, 2020. This three-day event is an opportunity for these men and women to explore the campus, speak with current students and faculty, ask and receive answers for the practical concerns of changing vocations and/or moving to Fort Wayne, and to find time for contemplation and prayer. You will attend classes and worship services alongside the community, learn about financial aid and relocation services, and experience life as a student at Concordia Theological Seminary, Fort Wayne (CTSFW).

PCV is open to anyone over the age of 18 considering a vocation as a pastor or deaconess, ranging from current undergrads to those thinking about switching vocations or even using their retirement years to pursue a second career in church work. The only costs associated with PCV are for your personal travel arrangements. Attendees pay no fees for attendance, which includes room and board on campus. Spouses and fiancés/fiancées also attend free of charge, as they are a vital part of this prayerful consideration.

To register, go to www.ctsfw.edu/PCV. If you are not yourself interested in attending PCV, please forward or share this news with the men and women in your life who may make an excellent pastor or deaconess. Your encouragement is one of the tools God uses to call His future laborers into the harvest fields.
