2023 May — After Commencement: Into the Harvest Field

The time is fulfilled, and the kingdom of God is at hand; repent and believe in the Gospel.
Mark 1:15

Surely, the kingdom of God is at hand! Every moment brings us closer to the restoration of all things (Acts 3:21). With God’s help, until Christ returns, CTSFW will continue its mission to prepare God’s people for service in His harvest field.

Our 2023 CTSFW graduates include:

• Thirty call candidates who will serve in 38 congregations throughout the United States.
• Six new deaconesses who will serve in positions of mercy and care.
• Two missionaries who will be deployed by the LCMS Office of International Mission.

These new workers are well-equipped for their new vocations, thanks to the generous gifts of many supporters, all of whom share in the mission of ensuring that the Good News of Jesus’ death and resurrection is proclaimed throughout the world.

We appreciate your continued support and ask that, in addition to your financial gifts, you would pray for CTSFW and for the fruitful service of our graduates.

May God bless you as we await Christ’s return in glory!

Sincerely,
Give to CTSFW

“These last four years of studying under faithful professors, serving under dutiful pastors, and befriending fellow students have prepared me for the lifelong pastoral task of faithfully teaching God’s beloved sheep, shepherding the flock dutifully, and working with fellow pastors to joyfully and confidently preserve the true doctrine of the Holy Scriptures in our life and work together as God’s servants.”
David Woelmer, 2023 CTSFW Graduate

CTSFW Commencement was Friday, May 19, 2023, at 4 p.m. (EDT). To watch a recording of the service, visit ctsfw.edu/commencement.
