About Martin Lewis

Martin Lewis joined the Concordia Theological Seminary, Fort Wayne (CTSFW), Advancement staff in January of 2022. As Chief Advancement Officer, his primary duty is to oversee the seminary’s fundraising efforts and establish relationships with current and prospective donors and LCMS congregations to financially advance and fulfill the Seminary’s mission. Prior to coming to the Seminary, Lewis spent 23 years in management and consulting with international technology companies Global Systems and VR Software Systems while also managing a local family business. He attended Concordia Lutheran High School (CLHS) and remained active on the Alumni Board, assisting with CLHS sports teams and other school activities. Lewis is a graduate of Valparaiso University, earning a BS in business administration; he has served on Valparaiso’s Alumni Board of Directors and the University of Evansville’s Parent’s Council. He and his wife, Diane (also a Valparaiso graduate and the former assistant principal of CLHS), have three adult children: Kirsten and husband Bill, Michaela and husband Craig, and Broderick, along with two granddaughters. They are members of St. Paul’s Evangelical Lutheran Church in downtown Fort Wayne.

Concordia Theological Seminary, Fort Wayne (CTSFW), will close the 178th academic year with Commencement in Kramer Chapel Friday, May 17, 2024. The day will begin with a Baccalaureate service at 10 a.m. (EDT). At 2 p.m. (EDT), there will be an organ recital celebrating the graduating class of 2024. Commencement exercises will follow at 4 p.m. (EDT).
