Event Information
The Music and Chapel department in combination with the Good Shepherd Institute is pleased to invite all to attend a Hymn Festival at Kramer Chapel on the campus of CTSFW, November 7 at 7:30 p.m.
The annual hymn festival of the Good Shepherd Institute conference celebrates the 175th anniversary of The Lutheran Church–Missouri Synod, with hymn settings composed by seminary Kantors Matthew Machemer and Kevin Hildebrand. The seminary Kantorei is participating as the choir, and Rev. Harold Senkbeil provides spoken commentary on the hymns. The public is invited to lift their voices along with the entire congregation as we celebrate the gifts of the Church and of her Good Shepherd, Christ Jesus.
This event is free and open to the public as part of the annual Good Shepherd Institute Conference. For complete details about the conference and/or to register to attend the entire conference, visit ctsfw.edu/gsi. Please note that you do not need to attend the conference to enjoy this musical opportunity. We welcome you to worship with us and hope to see you in Kramer Chapel on November 7.
